Floors
Most of my flooring jobs are luxury vinyl plank or laminate going in over an old carpet or tile. I tear out what's there, haul it away, level and prep the subfloor, and lay the new floor tight so it stays that way. Baseboards and transitions get finished the same visit so you're not living with a half-done room.

Paint, inside and out
A paint job is 80% prep. I patch, sand, caulk and prime before any color goes on, cover everything that isn't getting painted, and cut lines by hand. Interiors, full exteriors, stucco, mobile homes, front doors, cabinets, storefronts. When I leave there's no paint anywhere it shouldn't be.

Drywall & stucco
Drywall is the job people are most surprised by. A patch is easy; a patch you can't find is the skill. I match the existing texture, feather it out, and paint it so the repair disappears. Water damage, holes, cracks, walls that don't reach the ceiling, popcorn ceilings scraped and re-textured, stucco patched outside.

Bathrooms & tile
I do the bathroom refresh that makes an older house feel new without gutting it to the studs. Tile floor, new vanity and faucet, mirror, light, wainscot or paint, new baseboard. Most powder rooms take a few days. I also tile backsplashes and replace water-damaged bathroom floors.

Doors & trim
Doors and trim are the finish work that makes a house look cared for. I hang new interior doors, bifolds and French doors, replace damaged casing, run crown and baseboard, and fix doors that stick or won't latch. I'll also build custom doors when a standard size won't work.

The small stuff
The small jobs are how most people meet me. A keyless lock, a mailbox post, a TV on the wall, shelves in a closet, smoke detectors, hanging the holiday lights. Make a list and I'll knock it out in one visit. These get the same care as a full remodel, because the next call usually is one.
